Redcon Construction continues to maintain the trust of major public and private entities while securing its position among the top five contracting companies in the Egyptian market. Eng. Amal Abdel Wahed, Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Redcon Construction, stated that the company closed the first quarter of 2026 with a business volume exceeding EGP 10 billion, Invest-Gate reports.
New Contracts with Leading Developers
He pointed out that 2026 witnessed a series of notable contracts with major developers such as Emaar Misr, SODIC, ORA, and M Squared.
Longstanding Partnership with Emaar Misr
He added that the company has been collaborating with Emaar Misr since 2014, with total ongoing and completed works exceeding EGP 6 billion across 10 projects including “Mivida New Cairo – German School – Uptown Cairo – Repton School – Marassi North Coast – Marassi Creek – Belle Vie Sheikh Zayed – Soul North Coast – Flow Beach”.
He also noted that in 2026, Redcon contracted with Emaar Misr for the Soul – Lucande project in the North Coast with investments of EGP 564 million.
Ongoing Collaboration with SODIC
Amal Abdel Wahed stated that SODIC assigned Redcon to execute construction works in phase one of the “Ogami” project in Ras El Hekma, North Coast, with a contract value exceeding EGP 2 billion during Q1 2026.
He added that Redcon has been working with SODIC since 2016, with ongoing works exceeding EGP 4 billion.
Major Projects with ORA
Redcon also signed new contracts in Q1 2026 for works at ZED East for ORA, valued at nearly EGP 6 billion, including the construction of 14 mixed-use buildings comprising offices, retail units, and a cinema complex.
The company has been collaborating with ORA since 2021, with a total of 6 projects awarded worth EGP 14 billion, including “ZED West Sheikh Zayed – ZED East New Cairo – Silversands North Coast – Solana – ZED Commercial”.
First Collaboration with M Squared
Redcon also signed a contract with M Squared in Q1 2026 to execute the final part of phase one of the “Ras El Hekma Resort” project on the North Coast, with a business volume exceeding EGP 1 billion.

Major Government Projects
He explained that Redcon has been executing projects for the New Urban Communities Authority since 2017, with a total of 13 projects exceeding EGP 34 billion, including: The Gate Tower, Al Alamein University, Latin District, North Square, Mazarin (New Alamein City), Maspero Towers, Ain El Sira, Warraq Island, Fustat, Magra El Oyoun (Cairo), and Central Park (New Capital).
