TOREC Developments Implements State Directives to Achieve High Levels of Customer Satisfaction and Reviews Demands from Bliss Gate Customers.
In line with the state’s commitment to meeting customer needs and providing the highest level of services in its projects, TOREC Developments, a company under the New Urban Communities Authority, held a meeting with representatives of the owners of Bliss Gate compound, owned by the New Urban Communities Authority and located on the Cairo-Alexandria Desert Road, Invest-Gate reports.
The meeting was attended by Eng. Mohamed Anwar, CEO of TOREC Developments, along with several company officials and representatives of the project’s owners, including both residents and those working abroad.
The meeting focused on listening to customers’ suggestions regarding certain services in the Bliss Gate project. Several points were agreed upon, which will be reviewed by the Chairman of TOREC before approval.
Eng. Mohamed Anwar, mentioned that the agreed points included starting the interlock works within two weeks and not implementing the gaps between the buildings being delivered, as they conflict with the interlock works.
He also added that it was agreed not to deliver any residential units internally before completing all the notes from the consulting unit and carrying out the landscaping works according to the approved brochure. The landscaping work will begin after completing the interlock, with the possibility of working in parallel.
The completion and delivery of the interlock and landscaping works are expected soon. The swimming pool is currently being handed over to AFM, a subsidiary of the Dorr Group, which will manage and operate the Bliss Gate compound.

TOREC will also assign the management of the Club House to a specialized company and will implement the Kids Area after completing the main items of the project. There is also a possibility of increasing privacy through the addition of pergolas by the owner. The building painting works will be reviewed with the consultant on an individual basis, but only when necessary.
Bliss Gate features a modern centralized IPTV system to offer a high-quality experience.
TOREC is keen on collaborating with major specialized companies with extensive experience in execution, finishing, operations, and project management. This is part of its vision to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction, enhance trust in its projects, and strengthen its position as one of the leading entities in the Egyptian real estate market.
