Amr Soliman, Founder and Executive Chairman of Mountain View, conducted a field tour of the company’s projects in New Cairo, including “MV 1.1” in Fifth Settlement, Mountain View iCity in New Cairo, and Aliva in Mostakbal City, in the presence of Eng. The tour aimed to monitor execution rates and ensure the readiness of different stages according to the highest quality standards, in coordination with the company’s CEOs, ensuring full compliance with the specified timelines.

MV 1.1 Project and Approaching Delivery Phase

Regarding the “MV 1.1” project, the visit coincided with the approaching commencement of delivery works, where company officials inspected the final stages and unit readiness, affirming commitment to the timeline and completion of the project within less than 4 years with execution efficiency and planning precision, as the project was implemented entirely in one phase and not in separate stages, contributing to accelerating its readiness for actual life within the project.

The project is considered an integrated model of a distinguished residential experience with a strategic location, well-studied planning, and diverse services.

The tour also included Mountain View’s “iCity” project, one of the company’s most prominent developments in New Cairo, extending over 500 feddans, reflecting Mountain View’s vision of developing integrated communities that provide a balanced living experience.
