The General Assembly of Misr Real Estate Management Company was held on Monday 4 May 2026, chaired by Mr. / Khalil Shaat, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company, in the presence of the members of the Board of Directors, Ms. the CEO of Misr Insurance Holding Company, representatives of the Central Auditing Organization, and representatives of the financial audit office G T. The General Assembly approved the company’s financial statements for the period from 1/1/2025 to 31/12/2025, Invest-Gate reports.

Business Results and Financial Indicators
Ms. / Maha Abdel Razek, CEO of Misr Real Estate Management Company, stated that the company achieved good results in the targeted growth rates during 2025, as total activity revenues reached 1045 million EGP and net profit after taxes amounted to 490.8 million EGP.

Digital Transformation Strategy
She indicated that the company continues to implement its digital transformation plan to raise the efficiency and effectiveness of business performance through developing the main pillars of digital transformation, including improving human resources efficiency, re engineering work cycles, developing the rent collection system, establishing and mechanizing operational processes in real estate portfolio management, the electronic archiving project, and mechanizing internal work cycles.

Human Resources Development
The company also adopted improving human resources efficiency by providing specialized training programs that resulted in some employees obtaining international certifications, reflecting our commitment to continuous professional excellence and keeping pace with market developments.
