In implementation of the directives of the Minister of Housing, Eng. Randa El Minshawy, TOREC DEVELOPMENTS, one of the companies of the New Urban Communities Authority, has started interlock and landscaping works for the “Bliss Gate” compound, owned by the New Urban Communities Authority and located on the Cairo-Alexandria Desert Road, Invest-Gate reports.

These works come as confirmation of the Ministry of Housing’s keenness to achieve the highest degree of customer satisfaction and provide integrated services in its projects that offer an ideal quality of life and the highest added value.
The Sheikh Zayed City Authority is undertaking the execution of the interlock works.

Statements by TOREC’s CEO

Eng. Mohamed Anwar, CEO of TOREC DEVELOPMENTS, stated that the company immediately began implementing the clients’ proposals for the Bliss Gate project once they were approved by the company’s Board of Directors. These proposals were presented during a recent meeting with the project’s owners’ representatives.

Completed Works

He pointed out that several works have already been completed, such as the iron fence, green barrier, bicycle track, and lighting.

Acceleration of Execution Pace

Eng. Mohamed Anwar indicated that the interlock works and some remaining services are progressing at a rapid pace, and this development boom coincides with the company’s approaching delivery of the project.

Swimming Pool Delivery and Operations Management

The swimming pool is currently being handed over to AFM, a subsidiary of Dorra Group, which is responsible for the management and operation of the “Bliss Gate” compound.

Club House and Kids Area Management

TOREC will assign the management of the Club House to a specialized company, and the Kids Area will also be implemented after the completion of the project’s main items. In addition, the building paint works are being reviewed with the consultant individually and only when needed.

The Bliss Gate project features an advanced central IPTV system to provide a high-quality experience.
