Construction Completed and Landscaping Works Underway

Eng. Ashraf Boulos, Chairman and Managing Director of Cornerstone Development, stated that the company has completed the construction of The Curve units and plans to fully hand them over to clients during the current year. He added that landscaping works are currently underway and are expected to be completed soon, as part of the company’s commitment to delivering projects with quality and specifications that exceed contractual expectations, according to the statement issued on May 12.

Details of The Curve Project

The Curve spans over 13 feddans and includes approximately 550 diverse residential units. The project is considered one of the earliest developments launched in the R8 district of the New Administrative Capital. It enjoys a prime location directly overlooking the Green River and is close to Mohamed Bin Zayed Axis, the airport, the Presidential Palace, and the ministries district.

The project consists of four blocks comprising 15 buildings, with a built-up area of 100,000 square meters. Units vary between apartments, duplexes, and penthouses with spacious open layouts.

It is worth mentioning that Cornerstone Development is currently developing the RED – Water Villas & Floating Gardens project in Mostakbal City, New Cairo.

The project extends over 60 feddans and features 750 units with various sizes and models. Cornerstone Development allocated only 17% of the land for construction, despite the permitted built-up ratio reaching nearly 22%, allowing for larger green spaces, roads, services, and landscaped areas.
