Ghoneim Development Group inaugurated Ghoneim Square GDG on Counselor Abdel Meguid Mahmoud Axis in the Mokattam area, as part of the group’s ongoing efforts to contribute to the development of the city and enhance its aesthetic and service efficiency, in a step that reflects its belief in the role of the private sector as a key partner in supporting development and improving quality of life, Invest-Gate reports.

The inauguration was attended by Eng. Kamal Ghoneim, Chairman of the Group, and Islam Ghoneim, Vice Chairman and CEO, alongside Eng. Walid Shawky, Head of Mokattam District, with the participation of a number of the Group’s leaders and team members.

Kamal Ghoneim: Developing the Square Reflects the Group’s Vision to Support Mokattam’s Urban Landscape

Eng. Kamal Ghoneim, Chairman of Ghoneim Development Group, stated that contributing to the development of the square comes as an extension of the company’s vision to actively participate in developing vital areas in Mokattam and enhancing the urban landscape in line with the scale of development witnessed by the Egyptian state in infrastructure and urban development.

He pointed out that the inauguration of the square reflects the Group’s continuous direction toward contributing to building an advanced urban environment worthy of Mokattam residents, stressing that the Group believes true development begins with caring for both the place and the people, while developing the areas surrounding projects as an integral part of the project itself.

He added that Ghoneim Development Group has played a clear role over the past years in supporting the infrastructure of modern Egypt through implementing more than 20 diverse projects, including residential, administrative, and industrial developments within Mokattam, reflecting the Group’s strong confidence in the area and belief in its investment and development opportunities.

Islam Ghoneim, Vice Chairman and CEO of the Group, said that cooperation between the private sector and executive authorities has become a key element in achieving real sustainable development, noting that the project was implemented in cooperation with the Mokattam District Authority in a model that reflects the importance of integrating roles to serve citizens and improve the level of public services and facilities.
