Hisham Talaat Moustafa, CEO of Talaat Moustafa Group Holding, affirmed that the presence of Counselor Turki bin Abdulmohsen Al Al-Sheikh in Egypt is always a great source of happiness, saying: “We consider him more Egyptian than ourselves,” referring to the strong sense of closeness and affection that unites him with the Egyptian people, Invest-Gate reports.

During a press conference announcing the signing of a partnership between Sela Company and Talaat Moustafa Group Holding, Hisham Talaat Moustafa added that Saudi Arabia has held a special and dear place in his heart for more than 50 years. He praised the major transformations the Kingdom has witnessed in recent years under the leadership of the Saudi Crown Prince, stressing that history will record this era as one of the greatest intellectual, societal, and organizational transformations the world has ever seen.

He pointed out that what Saudi Arabia has achieved over the past seven or eight years has been admired and closely followed by everyone, especially in the entertainment and events industry. He emphasized that Counselor Turki Al Al-Sheikh has succeeded in delivering one of the world’s most successful entertainment models, noting that this is no longer merely a personal opinion, but rather a fact acknowledged globally.

The CEO of Talaat Moustafa Group explained that the significant support provided by Counselor Turki Al Al-Sheikh, alongside Dr. Rakan Al-Harthy, over the past three months played a key role in reaching the current agreement, which aims to transfer Saudi Arabia’s successful entertainment experience to the Egyptian market in a way that enhances integration between the two countries.

Hisham Talaat Moustafa further stressed that the Egyptian market holds highly promising opportunities and that the time has come to focus on the entertainment industry through a modern global vision, particularly given Egypt’s strong tourism potential, advanced infrastructure, purchasing power, and large population.

He noted that Egypt currently welcomes around 22 million tourists, with plans to increase that number to 37 million tourists by 2030. This, he explained, requires the development of the entertainment and events sector in a professional manner aligned with international standards. He added that the coming period will witness plans for major entertainment projects and events in Cairo, Luxor, Aswan, and Sharm El-Sheikh.

He concluded by stating that the new partnerships between the Egyptian and Saudi sides will contribute to achieving major successes for both parties and will create a radical transformation in the concept of entertainment in Egypt during the coming phase, expressing confidence that the joint cooperation will deliver strong and distinctive results across the region.
