Dr. Bassem Klila, Chairman of Klila Conferences and Exhibitions Organization, the organizer of the “Nile Property Expo,” held several meetings and discussions with officials from Oman’s Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning to explore opportunities for expanding the Nile Property exhibitions and launching new editions in the Omani market, Invest-Gate reports.
The Nile Property exhibitions received wide praise from officials at the Omani Ministry of Housing for the series of successes achieved across the Gulf region and Europe, reflecting the strength of the organization and the presence of serious real estate developers that have successfully highlighted the strength of the Egyptian real estate market.
Officials from the Omani Ministry of Housing also expressed their interest in establishing mutual cooperation with Nile Property.

These efforts come as part of Nile Property Expo’s strategy to explore opportunities and open new markets for Egyptian real estate companies to showcase their projects and attract a new customer base, contributing to the promotion of Egyptian real estate exports abroad.
On the sidelines of the Oman Real Estate Conference and Exhibition 2026, which was held earlier this month, Dr. Bassem Klila met with Mr. بدر الشكيلي (Badr Al Shukaili), Director of the Partnership and International Cooperation Department at Oman’s Ministry of Housing, where discussions focused on the promising opportunities within both the Egyptian and Omani markets.

Dr. Bassem Klila emphasized the significant demand from Gulf investors for Egyptian real estate, noting the company’s continuous commitment to exploring new markets to promote Egyptian properties internationally.
He added that the company is seriously studying the launch of Nile Property Expo editions in Oman, given the country’s stability and the genuine demand for real estate products.
Klila Conferences and Exhibitions Organization is preparing to launch the 20th edition of Nile Property Expo from London, United Kingdom, on June 27–28, 2026, at the Hilton Park Lane Hotel, under the patronage of Egyptian Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly.

The 20th edition of Nile Property Expo in London will feature more than 15 major real estate developers operating in the Egyptian market, showcasing a wide portfolio of distinguished projects across fourth-generation cities, new urban developments, and Egypt’s coastal destinations.
The 20th edition of Nile Property Expo reflects the well-planned expansion strategy of Klila Conferences and Exhibitions Organization toward European markets and its efforts to target new segments of investors.
Nile Property Expo is considered one of the leading platforms connecting developers with international clients. Since its launch, the exhibition has achieved strong sales and attracted thousands of visitors across its various editions, contributing significantly to supporting Egyptian real estate exports as one of the key channels for attracting foreign currency into Egypt.
Nile Property continues to strengthen its position as a leading platform for exporting Egyptian real estate, not only through showcasing projects, but also by rebuilding trust, creating genuine demand, and facilitating real deals.
