This came during the high level ministerial dialogue held on the sidelines of the reception organized by the Embassy of the Arab Republic of Egypt in the United Kingdom at the residence of Ambassador Ashraf Swelam, Egypt’s Ambassador in London, in the presence of Mr. Ahmed Kouchouk, Minister of Finance, and Dr. Mohamed Farid, Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade, as part of the activities of the conference “Egypt’s Future: Investment Opportunities and Sustainable Economic Reform,” organized by the British Egyptian Business Association (BEBA) from June 3 to 5, 2026.

Randa El Menshawy pointed out that the Ministry of Housing offers diverse investment opportunities in many fields, including urban development, commercial, administrative and service activities, as well as infrastructure and utilities projects, providing investors with multiple options that suit different investment directions.

She added that the ministry has prepared an integrated file that includes the most prominent investment opportunities currently available in the new cities, and it has been provided to both the Egyptian Ambassador to the United Kingdom and the British Ambassador to Egypt, with the aim of expanding awareness of these opportunities and strengthening communication channels with the business community and British investors interested in expanding in the Egyptian market.
