The hotel will feature 175 rooms operated under international hospitality standards within Marina 5’s prestigious “Ministers’ Peninsula”.
(HDP) Housing and Development Properties, the real estate arm of Housing and Development Bank, in collaboration with TULUA Developments, announced the signing of a strategic partnership agreement with Radisson Blu, one of the world’s leading hospitality brands, to develop a five-star hotel within the Blu Stays the last phase at The Island project. Developed by HDP and located in the prestigious “Ministers’ Peninsula” in Marina 5, the partnership reflects the companies’ commitment to delivering integrated hospitality and serviced living experiences aligned with the highest international standards, Invest-Gate reports.
This partnership comes as part of HDP’s strategy to develop fully integrated real estate and tourism destinations that combine exceptional locations, refined designs, and world-class services, thereby strengthening the North Coast’s position as one of the leading investments and tourism destinations along the Mediterranean Sea.
Under the agreement, Radisson Blu will manage a 5-star hotel comprising 175 hotel rooms, offering a diverse range of accommodations, including standard rooms, family rooms, luxury suites, and a royal suite, ensuring a world-class hospitality experience that meets the expectations of both customers and investors alike. The Blu Stays which is the last phase of The Island project represents the final development phase within The Island project, which was launched last year to become one of the most prominent luxury coastal destinations in Marina.
The project enjoys a prime location within “Ministers’ Peninsula”, one of the most exclusive and distinguished areas in the region, where the island extends approximately 2,000 meters and is surrounded by water on all sides, offering a unique residential and hospitality experience that combines privacy, luxury, and open panoramic views of both the sea and the lagoon.

Blu Stays is the project’s last key phase, spanning a total built-up area of approximately 37,000 square meters, with an average footprint of 4,500 square meters. The development consists of a marina level, a ground floor, and four typical upper floors, while the majority of units enjoy direct sea views. Delivery is scheduled within a timeframe of three to five years.
