NAMAA EXP has announced its appointment as the official Retail & Commercial Consultant for Palencia Plaza, one of K Developments’ flagship strategic projects in El Shorouk City, following the signing of a strategic consulting agreement between both companies.

The partnership marks a significant step for NAMAA EXP as it expands its role in providing specialized commercial consultancy and operational planning services for high-value real estate developments. Through this agreement, the company will support the creation of a fully integrated commercial, administrative, and medical destination designed to meet the needs of Shorouk City’s growing population and business community.

NAMAA EXP’s mandate for Palencia Plaza covers a wide scope of services that go beyond traditional consultancy. The company will work on shaping the project’s commercial identity, developing an integrated operational and marketing strategy, reviewing architectural designs in collaboration with YBA, and preparing a well-studied Tenant Mix Strategy to enhance the project’s appeal to investors, brands, entrepreneurs, and end users.

As part of its role, NAMAA EXP will also integrate operational and technical requirements, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, into the early design and planning phases. This approach aims to reduce future operational challenges, improve asset management efficiency, and ensure the project’s readiness for strong commercial performance from the first day of operation.

Karim Ghoneim, CEO of NAMAA EXP, said the company adopts an integrated methodology that links design, development, and operational requirements to ensure that real estate projects are developed with long-term operational efficiency and sustainable investment returns in mind.

Palencia Plaza represents an investment of EGP 1.5 billion and spans 6,000 square meters, with direct frontage on Al Hurriya Axis. The project benefits from its proximity to Shorouk City’s main roads, educational, medical, and sports institutions, in addition to the established customer base of the Palencia Residential Project.

The signing ceremony was attended by senior representatives from both companies. On behalf of NAMAA EXP, attendees included Eng. Emad El Nattar, Group CEO, and Karim Ghoneim, CEO. K Developments was represented by Omar El Fayoumi, Chairman, and Ahmed El Fayoumi, CEO.

Through this appointment, NAMAA EXP aims to contribute to positioning Palencia Plaza as a high-standard retail and commercial destination in El Shorouk City, supported by professional planning, diversified uses, and a clear operational roadmap focused on long-term asset value.
