Voya Development launches UNOIA compound in Sheikh Zayed with investments of EGP 4 billion

Voya Development announced the launch of its new residential project “UNOIA” in Sheikh Zayed City, with investments of EGP 4 billion, alongside signing a number of strategic partnerships with three of the largest and best specialized companies in engineering consultancy, design, facility management, and technological infrastructure, Invest-Gate reports.

This comes in line with the company’s vision to develop residential communities by applying the highest international standards and specifications to provide an integrated living experience centered around quality of life.

Project Location and the Boutique Compound Concept

The project is located on an area of 9 acres in the Green Revolution area on Al Nozha Street in the heart of Sheikh Zayed City, one of the areas witnessing growing demand. Through this project, the company is reintroducing the “Boutique Compound” concept, which is based on developing residential communities that provide real value through an integrated architectural design that helps achieve the highest efficiency in space utilization and the integration and diversity of services, meeting all daily needs within a balanced residential community.

Strategic Partnerships and Partners

The partnerships include contracting with Moharram Bakhoum (ACE) to act as the structural design consultant, responsible for preparing, developing, reviewing, and approving structural plans and supervising their compliance with project requirements and technical specifications, ensuring the highest quality standards. In addition, “Hafiz Consultants” will be responsible for preparing the master plan and architectural design, enhancing the integration of urban elements and the balanced distribution of spaces within the project.

The company has also contracted with “A+” to manage and operate facilities and hospitality services as part of a vision aimed at maintaining the project’s efficiency and sustaining the level of services provided to residents in line with the standards according to which the project has been developed from the beginning.

Units, Services, and Facilities

Mr. Shehata Sayed, CEO of Voya Development, said that the project includes residential units ranging from 65 to 170 square meters, with various designs that meet different lifestyle needs. He added that the project offers an integrated group of services and facilities, including dedicated jogging and cycling tracks, open green spaces, swimming pools, children’s entertainment areas, and an integrated hotel and service building that meets the daily needs of residents within the project, enhancing quality of life and providing a complete residential experience.
