Amer Group announced the launch of three new phases within its coastal projects: “Tropical Lagoons” at Porto Golf, “Aqua Wonders” at Porto Grande in New Alamein City, and “Water Land” at Porto Sokhna, in line with the start of the Summer 2026 season. This comes as part of the group’s strategy to continuously develop Porto destinations through innovative urban concepts that enhance the competitiveness of its projects and increase their investment value, strengthening the group’s position among the leading developers of integrated coastal destinations in Egypt, Invest-Gate reports.

These new phases reflect the group’s vision to reinvent the coastal living experience by combining modern designs, water features, and integrated facilities in line with market developments and increasing the attractiveness of its projects. The group also offers a variety of real estate products that meet the needs of different customer segments while maintaining the unique identity of each project.

“Tropical Lagoons” Phase

The “Tropical Lagoons” phase at Porto Golf offers a modern concept of coastal living based on the “Lagoon Living” concept through open crystal lagoons that give residents a living experience combining the beauty of nature with modern life. The phase includes around 96 residential units, with a total real estate inventory value of approximately EGP 518 million, reflecting the size of the investments allocated to the phase and its market value, as part of the group’s ongoing plan to develop Porto Golf.

Facilities and Services at “Tropical Lagoons”

The phase also includes a full range of facilities and services, including Tropical Lagoons, Open Water Lagoons, Sky Lagoons, Children Oasis, Oasis Fitness Hub, and BBQ Hub. Owners will also benefit from all the services available at Porto Golf, especially the golf course, Porto Walk, in addition to commercial, entertainment, and service facilities.

“Water Land” Phase

The “Water Land” phase strengthens the position of Porto Sokhna as one of the leading tourism and residential destinations. It offers a new concept of coastal living thanks to its exceptional location at 170 meters above sea level, providing direct panoramic views of the Red Sea. The phase extends over 60,000 square meters, with total investments of EGP 750 million and targeted sales of EGP 2.5 billion. It also includes around 1,000 residential units.

Water Features at “Water Land”

The phase is designed around water features, including a central lagoon, five swimming pools, an Infinity Pool, and a Lazy River covering 1,500 square meters, in addition to around 9,000 square meters of water features and an Aqua Park covering 3,000 square meters, providing a complete entertainment experience for all family members.

“Aqua Wonders” Phase

The “Aqua Wonders” phase within Porto Grande in New Alamein City continues the project’s vision of offering a coastal community based on the Water-Centric Living concept. It includes more than 12,000 square meters of water features and landscapes, one of the largest water play areas within the project, and 10 areas for games and entertainment activities, providing a complete living and entertainment experience.
