Housing and Development Properties (HDP), in cooperation with Egypt’s Ministry of Interior, the ministry’s Projects and Development Sector, and the General Administration of Passports, Immigration, and Nationality, has announced the opening of a new premium government service office at its flagship East Walk Mall in New Cairo, Invest-Gate reports.
The office will provide premium passport renewal services, issue movement certificates, and offer home delivery of official documents. The initiative marks the first government service office to operate within a commercial development by HDP, reflecting an advanced model of public-private sector integration in delivering citizen services, according to Invest-Gate.
The opening ceremony was attended by senior officials from the Ministry’s Projects and Development Sector, the General Administration of Passports, Immigration, and Nationality, representatives of the Ministry of Interior, and Eng. Amr Hosnien, Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Housing and Development Properties (HDP).

The new office aligns with Egypt’s ongoing efforts to modernise government services and facilitate passport, immigration, and nationality procedures by establishing advanced service centres in strategic, easily accessible locations.
