Egypt-based Atlas for Land Reclamation and Agricultural Processing announced that its unit, Atlas for Investments and Real Estate Development, is on the verge of announcing its new Riviera Avenue residential project in Sheikh Zayed, Invest-Gate reports.

Spanning across a total area of 24 acres, the project will be located at the west of Cairo-Alexandria Desert Road; behind Riviera Gardens in 6th of October city and between Agyad Road and Dabaa Axis, the company’s bourse filing reveals.

The developer did not yet launch the project as it is awaiting the Sheikh Zayed City Authority’s approval for the site’s strategic plan, adding that the estimated investments and sales mentioned in the company bourse filing in 2016 are expected to be reviewed when the land outline is approved, the filing adds.
