Khaled Abbas, Deputy Minister of Housing for National Projects, has revealed that a new entertainment complex is set to open in New Al-Alamein City this year, Invest-Gate reports.
The project is built by the ministry, represented by the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), in collaboration with the Housing and Development Bank (HDB), Hi-Lights company, and RMC Group, according to a ministry statement.
Located on Marsa Matrouh-Alexandria Road directly after Marina’s gate seven, the project encompasses various food and beverage venues that will cater to the North Coast and Al-Alamein residents.
“The opening of the complex will be a real beginning of the operation of New Al-Alamein City on Egypt’s Mediterranean coast,” Abbas adds.
Reservation of units at New Al-Alamein’s recently announced towers, overlooking the sea, has started and is seeing a high demand, he notes
New Al-Alamein is built on about 50,000 acres located in the North Coast. It is expected to host more than 400,000 inhabitants and it will be an integrated city that will include housing units, a university, malls, and sports facilities.
The city will not only accommodate vacationers but also residents who are willing to live there all year round.
