Chinese company Fidu Properties has announced real estate deals with Emaar Properties worth USD 103.25 mn, Trade Arabia reports.

The deals are for commercial and residential spaces across spanning 210,000 square feet at The Grand at Dubai Creek Harbor.

Gary Zhang, CEO of Fidu Properties, has said “the company is delighted with the deals with Emaar, which has carved a niche worldwide for the quality and appeal of its projects. Emaar is among the most preferred real estate developers in Dubai for our customers who are keen to seize the opportunities amidst massive growth potential on offer in the emirate.”

The Chinese investment in UAE has become significant these years especially before EXPO 2020 where China will showcase their Belt & Road initiative.

Fidu Properties, which opened its regional office in Dubai in April this year, has also revealed plans to invest USD 544 mn in the Dubai real estate sector.
