Egypt’s real estate developer Tower Developments has revealed that the construction work at its newest project Tower Bay in Port Said is proceeding on a fast track, exceeding the deadlines set for it, state-owned Al Ahram reports.
With investments of about EGP 5 bn, Tower Bay is a mixed-use project located on the international coastal road between Port Said and Damietta and is inspired by the historical architectural style of the Port Said city.
Featuring 70% greenery landscapes at the resort, the project comprises an international school, a shopping mall, a wide range of recreational areas, in addition to the 5-star hotel “Hilton Hotels and Resorts”.
Chairman of Tower Developments Gamal Omar reiterates that the project represents an unprecedented touristic and urban boom that will position Port Said as an international tourist destination, stressing that the project’s units will be delivered to its clients ahead of the scheduled work plan.
Ahmed Lasheen, Managing Director and CEO of Tower Developments, says that the company seeks through its distinguished real estate projects to become a global investment destination in Egypt, pointing out that the selection of Port Said aims to place the whole delta region on the world’s investment map.
