Prime Minister and Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Development, Mostafa Madbouly has visited the New Administrative Capital to view constructions updates in the city, he also held a meeting with contracting companies responsible for the site, Invest-Gate reports.
Madbouly revealed that the third housing neighborhood, Capital Residence, is built on an area of 1,000 acres and encompasses a total of 22,480 residential units. Capital Residence is executed by the Ministry of Housing and handling dates are expected to be in December 2018 for the first phase and December 2019 for the last phase.
The Utilities supporting Phase I of the New Capital have been reviewed by Madbouly, and he assured investors and the press that everything will be delivered on schedule.
