Prime Minister and Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Development Mostafa Madbouly has reviewed construction updates on Sakan Misr project for middle-class housing and JANNA luxury housing project, Invest-Gate reports.

Madbouly has revealed that investments in Sakan Misr and JANNA projects have reached EGP 5.5 bn and EGP 3.5 bn, respectively.

The minister also praised the work progress at JANNA project, which is not offered for the public yet, especially that construction began only nine months ago.

JANNA project encompasses 8,760 fully-finished units, with areas varying between 1oo and 150 square meters. The project also features a swimming pool, a social club, in addition to a services area, according to Adel El Naggar, Head of New Cairo City Authority.

As for Sakan Misr, the project’s residential buildings totalled 721 and are divided into two locations in the city.
