The New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) will offer 138 mixed-use land plots in eight new cities, Invest-Gate reports.

The lands’ sizes range from 500 to 7,544 square meters, Prime Minister and Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Development Mostafa Madbouly has revealed.

Applicants should pay not less than 25% of the land’s price as a deposit, while the priority will be given to higher deposit payers and a lottery will be made for those who paid equal deposits, NUCA Deputy Chairman Tarek El Sebai said.

The lands are located in New Cairo, 10th of Ramadan, New Damietta, El Obour City, 15th of May, El Badr, New Minya, and El Shorouk.

The lands’ maps are available on NUCA’s website http://www.newcities.gov.eg/, El Sebai added.
