The New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) will offer 112 service lands in 13 new cities to serve the residents around and drive development in these areas, Invest-Gate reports.

The lands will used for several commercial activities such as medical centers, social clubs, markets, nurseries, and bakeries, with sizes ranging from 405 to 110,442 square meters, NUCA Deputy Chairman Tarek El Sebai said in an official statement.

Applicants should pay not less than 25% of the land’s price as a deposit, while the priority will be given to higher deposit payers and a lottery will be made for those who paid equal deposits, El Sebai noted.

The cities include New Cairo, 10th of Ramadan, New Damietta, El Obour City, 15th of May, Badr City, and El Sadat City.
