Tatweer Misr’s Fouka Bay project was awarded Top Mediterranean Resort by the Mediterranean Resort & Hotel Real Estate Forum (MR&H), Invest-Gate reports.

The award recognizes the outstanding mixed-use resorts and developments showcasing dedication and expertise in tourism and hospitality across the Mediterranean region, the developer said in a statement.

“We are very proud with this prestigious award, which represents a recognition of our achievements in Fouka Bay in North Coast,” Al Ahram Al Iktisadi quoted Tatweer Misr CEO and Managing Director Ahmed Shalaby as saying. 

MR&H is an annual conference and networking event dedicated to facilitating investment and development in hospitality real estate in the Mediterranean cities.

Fouka Bay spans across an area of 215 acres, encompassing various types of units including chalets, standalone villas, townhouses, and twin houses.
