Akam Developments celebrated on May 18 the launch of the third phase of its New Administrative Capital (NAC) residential project, Scenario, which will see EGP 300 mn worth of investments.
In an entertaining Sohour night held at El 7ara Tent at Sky Executive Resort, New Cairo, Sales Director of Akam Developments Mohamed Amer announced that the third phase – or “ClubView” – is aimed at maintaining the ideal living standards to its clients, given its strategic location, exceptional designs, and available units, which vary between 132 to 452 square meters.
Meanwhile, Edrees Mohamed, the company’s CCO, noted that Akam Developments has so far pumped investments surpassing EGP 5 bn into Scenario, which extends over 39 acres and is deemed an exceptional real estate model, where each building is a standalone hotel that provides inclusive services for the compound’s residents.
These services include a clubhouse, central kitchen, central service area, amphitheater, roof garden, rooftop pool and gym, relaxation and commercial areas, swimming pools, as well as, 24/7 security and health care services, representing a leap transformation in the concepts of residential communities, he added.
Mohamed also revealed that Akam Developments is also planning to expand its market reach by opening further company branches in Saudi Arabia, while intending to extend its land bank and develop more projects across Egypt, especially in the North Coast.
On the sidelines of the event, Coldwell Banker Egypt was named first real estate marketing company, as Akam Developments awarded its top ten partners in success for FY 2018/19 based on its sales statistics.
“This recognition is an appreciation of our best partners and gratitude to the great effort they are making for achieving success, in addition of motivating the rest of companies to do more effort to reach greater achievements in real estate development,” Amer remarked.
On another note, the night was complemented with the exquisite performances of Egyptian singers Mohamed Adweya and Mostafa Hagag, who rocked out the stage and filled the air with some Ramadan vibes.
