Egypt-based Gates Developments has successfully held a one-of-a-kind brokers’ event on February 21 to introduce its latest residential and commercial projects, namely Catalan and Audaz, in the New Administrative Capital (NAC).
Bringing together a large number of brokers from all over Egypt at LakeHouse, New Cairo, the whopping event remarkably featured the violinist Marcello.
The property developer revealed that it is kicking off in the market with the new concept of implementing “daring shapes.”
Inspired by Spain’s Catalonia, Catalan marks the developer’s first residential project and is aspired to be introduced to the Egyptian housing market as a new and one-of-a-kind product.
As for the second project, Audaz is characterized by its exceptional location in the New Administrative Capital (NAC) due to its proximity to the city’s major spots such as Almasa Hotel, government district, Egyptian parliament, and presidential palace, Gates Developments’ Sales Director Ahmed Hindy revealed during the event.
Audaz will comprise two seven-story buildings that will encompass administrative, commercial, and medical spaces, featuring a 16,800-square-meter green area as well as a number of services and facilities to serve the project’s users and visitors, Hindy underlined.
Concerning the units’ prices, Hindy confirmed that the administrative and medical units’ price per meter starts from EGP 28,000, with a minimum area of 45 square meters, while commercial units require a starting price of 55,000, highlighting that all commercial units can be customized pursuant to the clients’ preferences.
Interested buyers will benefit from Audaz’s eight-year installment plan and 10% down payment, the sales director added.
