Gates Developments held a number of lucky hours during its participation in Cityscape Egypt, from March 27 to 30, at Egypt International Exhibition Center (EIEC).

During these hours, buyers who sealed deals for the developer’s Catalan compound in the New Administrative Capital (NAC) secured an OLED screen as well.

The move comes as an attempt to promote Gates Developments’ first residential project in NAC, Catalan. Egyptian football icon Hazem Emam attended the first lucky hour on March 29, during which he awarded the very first lucky winners and manifested as the highlight of the day.

Inspired by Spain’s Catalonia, Catalan aspires to be introduced to the Egyptian housing market as a new and one-of-a-kind product, featuring colorful residential units that seamlessly recall the typical Caribbean designs. The project’s brand ambassadors are former football players Emam and Ahmed Hossam, who were featured in its indoor and outdoor advertising campaigns, with more to come.

Meanwhile, Gates Developments also showcased its latest commercial project, Audaz, which is characterized by its exceptional location in NAC due to its proximity to the city’s major spots such as Almasa Hotel, the government district, Egyptian parliament, and the presidential palace.

Audaz will comprise two seven-story buildings that will encompass administrative, commercial, and medical spaces, boasting a 16,800-square-meter green area as well as a number of services and facilities to serve the project’s users and visitors.

Gates Developments’ participation in the eighth edition of Cityscape Egypt marks the first since its introduction back in December 2018, taking part with its latest commercial and residential projects, Audaz and Catalan.
