Go Green Real Estate has hosted the biggest real estate event – “Sahel 2018 Property Show” – which featured an array of developers showcasing their North Coast projects, Invest-Gate reports.

The event was held at Dusit Thani LakeView Cairo on Wednesday, July 4, featuring more than 20 projects in the North Coast in one place.

The featured projects included El Masyaf by M2 Developments, Jefaira by Inertia, ARCO’s Citystars North Coast, Mountain View Ras El Hikma and Coast 82 by Hyde Park Developments, Amwaj by Al Ahly For Real Estate Development, Bo Islands and Bo Sands by Maxim Holding, Hacienda Bay by Palm Hills Developments, Tatweer Misr’s Fouka Bay, PACT’s White Bay, and Emaar Misr’s Marassi.

Go Green’s CEO Hisham El Masry described the event as “successful” and said “each client is often looking for a specific feature in the unit s/he wants to buy like seeking facilities, communities, nightlife, etc. Likewise, each developer is offering specific features that may or may not exist in other developers’ projects.”

“Thus, [Go Green] annually hosts such events, aiming to make the clients’ lives easier and display all the projects in one place in order for them to gain as much information needed, and they always happily leave after signing a deal,” El Masry added.

During the property show event, Mahmoud Hodroj, sales supervisor at Inertia, told Invest-Gate that Inertia has grabbed this spectacular opportunity and launched The Quayside Neighborhood, the third phase of its North Coast development, Jefaira.
