Gates Developments, a leading real estate company, has made significant strides in Egypt’s real estate market, with nine diverse projects now in West Cairo, the New Administrative Capital, and Ras El Hikma, Invest-Gate reports.

These achievements underscore the company’s growing influence and presence in the industry.

Over the past 18 months, Gates Developments has launched four new projects: Gates Privé, Space Commercial Complex, and Gates Lugar in West Cairo, as well as the Lyv Caesar project in Ras El Hikma on the North Coast. The company has achieved EGP 12 bn in sales from its EGP 15 bn target 2024.

The standout project, Lyv Caesar, is located at kilometer 200 in Ras El Hikma. It spans 206 feddans and has investments exceeding EGP 40 bn. Gates Developments is partnering with Pibic Development for this venture, marking Ras El Hikma as a key destination for local and international investors.
