Gates Developments has inked a strategic agreement with Imdaad Egypt, the regional arm of UAE’s integrated facilities management powerhouse, Imdaad.
This partnership aims to enhance the operational efficiency of Gates Developments’ projects in Egypt’s New Administrative Capital and West Cairo.
The agreement, part of Gates Developments’ strategy to collaborate with top-tier operational entities, seeks to ensure the quality and efficiency of their future projects. The signing ceremony featured Hassan Nasr, CEO of Gates Developments; Mahmoud Rashid, COO of Imdaad Group; Osama Othman, CEO of Imdaad Egypt; and Iman Salah, Chairman of I Brand, along with other officials from both companies.
For his part, Nasr emphasized that the partnership underscores Gates Developments’ commitment to forming strategic alliances with renowned brands, pointing out that this collaboration aims to boost the investment value of the company’s projects by securing the best operators for comprehensive services and facilities.
Nasr elaborated that the company’s three projects in the New Administrative Capital, its five projects in West Cairo, and its newest project, Lyv, in Ras El Hikma on the North Coast, are to be managed under this deal. In addition, as part of the strategic relationship with Imdaad, world-class facilities management services will be offered to clients and renters at all distinguished locations. He also emphasized that the agreement focuses on adding value and raising standards of quality within the local market, with the goal of cutting long-term building operating costs through the optimization of facilities management assets.
Furthermore, Rashid highlighted Imdaad Group’s reputation for providing exceptional facilities management services across various real estate sectors, including administrative, commercial, residential, medical, and tourism projects. He expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, noting that it aligns with Imdaad’s vision of creating successful, investment-friendly environments.
