Housing and Development Properties (HDP), the investment arm of the Housing and Development Bank, has announced the launch of its latest project, “Club Hills Residence,” situated in the prime and strategic location within the eastern expansions of 6th of October City, West Cairo, Invest-Gate reports.
The inauguration event for the project was attended by Hassan Ghanem, CEO and Managing Director of the Housing and Development Bank and Chairman of HDP; Amgad Hassanein, Vice Chairman of HDP; and Hossam Eissa, CEO of HDP.
Amgad Hassanein, Vice Chairman of HDP, disclosed that “Club Hills Residence”, with a total investment exceeding EGP 10 bn, represents a continuation of the significant success achieved by HDP in its series of real estate projects launched previously. This endeavor underscores the company’s steadfast commitment to executing its ambitious expansion strategy, aimed at introducing a collection of real estate projects in distinctive geographical locations.
Hassanein emphasized that the objective of the project is to enrich and deliver an exceptional lifestyle experience to the company’s target clientele by reinvigorating the unique lifestyle reminiscent of Zamalek, one of Egypt’s most upscale residential neighborhoods renowned for its distinct character and residential units offering direct views of Gezira Sporting Club (GSC).
