M squared, the leading company in real estate development, revealed the completion of 40% of the construction work for the first phase of the Masyaf Ras AlHekma project on the North Coast.

The project spans 103 Feddan and boasts a stunning beachfront stretching over 730 m. It comprises unique beachfront homes that blend modernity with the Mediterranean lifestyle, incorporating environmentally friendly and nature-inspired elements, green spaces, and high-end amenities.

Masyaf Ras AlHekma offers 20 various types of units with different sizes to cater to all the customer’s needs, including detached and semi-detached villas, townhouses, and uniquely designed chalets. M squared achieved significant progress in constructing the Masyaf Ras AlHekma project in 2023. Buildings, retaining walls for four out of six platforms, and the beach cabins for the first phase have been completed. Meanwhile, the actual area constructed represents 40% of the total area of the project’s first phase. Additionally, two model units, with standard and premium finishing, have been built and finished according to international standards per the project’s predetermined schedule.
