O West City, the integrated city by Orascom Development Company in West Cairo, showcased its most prominent residential projects at the twelfth edition of Cityscape 2023. These projects include Spring Valley, Club Yard, and Core Apartments, all featuring competitive payment options to cater to customers’ needs. With a 5% down payment and 7-year installment plans, these projects aim to provide the utmost convenience.
The Spring Valley project stands out with its prime location, comprehensive amenities, and adherence to international standards. Impressively, two phases of the project were sold out within just 3 days of their launch, and it is scheduled for delivery in 2027.

This growth was attributed to a 43.8% increase in the average selling price per square meter to EGP 52,512 and a 26.6% increase in the number of units sold during the same period. O West City plans to deliver over 1,000 units in 2023 and 2024.
