Tabarak Developments announces its participation with four projects during The Real Gate Exhibition and Conference, held from March 25-27 in Egypt’s International Exhibition Center.
Tabarak displays its latest projects to the exhibition visitors, who can inquire about prices, payment and reservation methods.
Ali Shorbani, chairman of Tabarak, confirms that President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi’s support for the exhibition represents the latest development of the real estate sector. He explains that the exhibition is an important platform for presenting the latest real estate projects in the local market, which offers an opportunity for real estate companies to exchange experiences, enter into partnerships, and showcasing their projects.
Shorbani points out that the company’s projects that are presented in the exhibition are diverse in terms of location, namely in: 90 Avenue, Capital East, Fantasia and West Avenue. The projects are in line with the latest international standards and technological systems, responding to the growing customers’ needs in a luxurious manner.
He explains that 90 Avenue, which is the best location in New Cairo, is the largest of the company’s projects, as its investment exceeds about EGP 2.7 bn and includes about 1,450 housing units in addition to areas of up to 60,000 m distributed between malls, shops, activities and entertainment, in addition to an area of 25,000 m for administrative facilities.
The chairman says that the project garners increased demand for units, as the company finished selling the units of the first phase of Zone Vibe and the second phase is now underway. Both phases will be delivered at the end of the current year, and the number of units for the two phases is estimated at 800 units in the two phases. The third phase will be offered during the exhibition.
Speaking of Fantasia Village project in Ras Sidr, Shorbani unveils that the exhibition includes its second phase. Fantasia Village project includes about 1745 fully-finished housing units ranging from villas ranging in size from 130 to 230 sqm and chalets with areas ranging from 46 sqm in addition to 127 hotel rooms ranging in size between 160 and 204 sqm. The building blocks in that village constitute only 20% of the total area, he points out.
Among the project’s integrated facilities are potable water, sanitation, electricity and communications network, a lake, many restaurants and shops with various activities, in addition to the largest swimming pool in Ras Sidr on an area of 3,000 sqm, a health club with a gym, jacuzzi, sauna and massage. The project site includes an island and shallow natural lakes with water activities such as kitesurfing.
Shorbani stresses that the company’s investment plan comes in line with new urbanization development plan, noting that the total investments of the two projects, Capital East and Capital East Residence, amount to more than EGP 4.1 bn. He emphasizes that Capital East is centered around a major road network with a vital location that gives its residents easy mobility.
Al-Sherbani reveals that the company is about to launch its new West Avenue project soon, with the exceptional backdrop of the Sphinx.
The Real Gate exhibition this year is witnessing the distinguished participation of Tabarak supported by its financial position and the vast and numerous expertise, which is confirmed by its previous work for 42 years in Egypt and many Arab countries.
