Deputy Minister of Housing for National Projects Khaled Abbas inspects Soor Magra-El-Oyoun development project in Cairo, Invest- Gate reports.

In this regards, Abbas declares that the concrete structure is completed for a number of buildings in the project, in parallel with the implementation of internal and external finishing work. The remaining buildings are being implemented at advanced rates.

It is worth noting that Soor Magra-El-Oyoun development project aims to carry out 79 buildings of different heights, comprising 1,924 housing units, and 18 commercial units on the ground floor of some buildings. It also includes an administrative, entertainment, and commercial mall, on an area of ​​51,000 square meters. Besides, it features restaurants, cinemas, a garage for 1,355 cars, and a main open theatre in front of the mall.
