Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Assem El-Gazzar announced the delivery of 1,296 units of the “Sakan Misr” project, starting from April 14, Invest-Gate reports.

“Sakan Misr,” the middle-income housing project, witnesses the delivery of the first batch of units from the project’s first and second phases.

Beneficiaries are urged to settle their proceedings with the Housing and Development Bank (HDB) in order to receive their units, declared Amin Ghoneim, Head of the New Cairo Development Authority.
