As part of the city’s social housing project, 15th of May City is to add around 336 units across 14 residential buildings, reported Al Mal.

Head of 15th of May City Authority Tamam Gergius states that a nursery will also be constructed over an area of 90 acres of land. The city is to assign development contracts to member companies of the Egyptian Federation for Construction & Building Contractors.

Approximately 263,000 applicants have previously registered during the 8th announcement opening of the Social Housing Project, including those who have changed their applications from New Cairo and Salam City to 15th of May City, and those applying for units in the second phase of 6th of October city, Dahshour area, Head of the Mortgage Finance Fund Mai Abdel Hamid stated.
