A total of 19 residential blocks dedicated to social housing units are currently being developed in New Beni Suef City, announced Nour Eldin Ismail, Head of Beni Suef City Authority, reported Al Mal News.

The New Urban Communities Authority is yet to send the financial proposal for the 2016/2017 fiscal year and we are expecting to receive it early next week, noted Ismail.

The New Beni Suef City resides east of the Nile, created by the Presidential Decree 643 in 1986. The city is about 124 kilometers away from Cairo.
