A public lottery will be held on January 26 to allocate 2,224 land plots for special housing in 10th of Ramadan City, Al Borsa reported.

The lands were offered by the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities for those who participated in the previous two lotteries that were held in July and November and have already made a down payment.

The price per meter square within the lands cost EGP 935, with floor plans ranging from 500 to 1,000 square meters according, sources at the Housing Ministry said.
