Sherif El Sherbini, the Minister of Housing, Utilities, and New Urban Communities, unveiled the forthcoming handover of 3,000 housing units under the “Housing for All Egyptians” presidential initiative in the East Andalus area of 10th of Ramadan City, Invest-Gate reports.
Emphasizing the project’s core objective of offering affordable housing solutions tailored to the needs of deserving demographics, he underscored the government’s commitment to addressing housing challenges.
El Sherbini’s announcement transpired amidst his oversight of various projects in progress within 10th of Ramadan City, encompassing residential developments, sewage infrastructure enhancements, and urban upgrades.
He urged continuous on-site inspections to surmount implementation obstacles, promptly address delays, and uphold stringent quality standards and specifications throughout all project phases.
Alaa Abdellah Mostafa, the Head of the 10th of Ramadan City Authority, conducted an inspection tour of the “Housing for All Egyptians” units in the East Andalus vicinity. Describing the initiative’s scope, he detailed the erection of 125 residential edifices housing the 3,000 units, each spanning 90 sqm, nearing a completion rate of approximately 98%.
During the visit, Mostafa monitored site coordination progress, emphasizing the creation of a holistic residential milieu featuring green spaces to enrich inhabitants’ quality of life. He emphasized the urgency of expediting remaining tasks to ensure prompt unit delivery while upholding top-tier quality benchmarks.
