365 Ecology Unveils New Subsidiaries in Egypt’s Property Sector

Egyptian engineering integrator 365 Ecology has announced the launch of two new subsidiaries, called “ECO IFM” and “ECO FLS,” in a bid to serve the positive growth of local real estate and construction sectors, and go beyond the traditional realms of technical solutions, Invest-Gate reports.

ECO IFM aims to provide integrated facility management and after-sales services, whilst ECO FLS will “undertake safety and security of construction and buildings, by providing firefighting and safety solutions such as smoke and fire withdrawal systems,” said 365 Ecology Founder and Managing Director Osama Bekhit in the press release on September 7.

“The announcement comes in line with 365 Ecology’s vision of being a full-service provider that copes with the new norm of virtual and automated solutions, developing buildings of tomorrow,” Bekhit continued.

He also underlined, “Following thorough studies and analysis of the current real estate market, and the digital transformation we are witnessing across all industries it was imperative for us to invest further.”

With a portfolio of more than 143 projects, 365 Ecology contributes to offering solutions that help the environment, making headway in the reduction of 15 mn kilotons of CO2 emissions and saving up to 36.066 megawatts of electricity consumption, therefore resulting in EGP 50.6 mn in annual savings.
