Bahraini developer Diyar Al Muharraq announced that 50% of the freehold residential plots of the second phase of its Al Qamra project have been sold on launch day, according to a press release from last week.
For sale were 54 land plots with sizes ranging between 300 and 550 square meters. They are located at the center of the larger Diyar Al Muharraq development.
Diyar Al Muharraq is a large complex of seven artificial islands off the coast of Bahrain, connected with Muharraq Island by a causeway. It is a mixed-use development, primarily offering housing but also commercial properties and several amenities.
