The New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) has offered tenders for 600 residential units to Cairo Building Maintenance & Decoration Co. LLC, in efforts to complete the second phase of the social housing project located in Badr City, reported Al Borsa.

The project will have a total investment cost of EGP 95 mn, and the company expects to receive the lands for the project next month, according to Sameh Abdullah, the company’s CEO.

The company has also completed 40% of construction on six main roads in New Fayoum City at a total cost of EGP 51 mn, and is expected to finalize the roads within 13 months.

The construction of roads comes amid a development plan of enhancing 13 roads in the governorate of Fayoum, at a total cost of EGP 120 mn, added Abdullah.
