A number of new projects are set to be tendered in the Greater Cairo area as well as a number of other governorates, including the development of a road lighting network, the development of Street 90 in New Cairo and other roads and developments in several other Cairo districts, Al Borsa reported.

The projects will be offered to companies registered with the Egyptian Union for Building and Development Contractors.

Outside of Cairo, a tender will be offered for the construction of a school and nursery in a social housing development in New Beni Suef, according to the head of New Beni Suef’s Development Authority Noor Ismail.

New Minya City will offer a tender to union-registered contractors for the construction of a new school in a social housing development that will span 1,360 acres, according to Mohamed Al Kosary, Head of New Minya City’s Development Authority.

New Fayoum’s development authority is also set to issue a public tender to union-registered contractors for the construction of a 37-acre health care unit situated in a social housing development, Al Masry Al Youm reported.
