M2 Developments, previously known as Misr Al Mahrousa, an Egypt-based real estate developer, plans to reclaim 800 acres in Al Nakra Valley in Aswan by the end of 2016, said Mostafa Aboul Fotouh, its CEO, Amwal Al Ghad reported.
The reclamation process is expected to cost EGP 100 million and will be implemented through the company’s affiliate, Al Fajr for investment and land reclamation, added Aboul Fotouh.
M2 Developments was founded in 1998 with the purpose of providing affordable residential and commercial units with high quality and standards.
