Just 60 days after its launch date, Dubai-based Vincitore Real Estate Development has sold 90% of its Vincitore Palacio first phase, worth AED 135 million, reported Trade Arabia.
The residential project measures 200,000 square feet, located at the Arjan district in Dubailand, with a starting price of AED 475,000 per unit. The project will be ready for delivery in May 2017.
Managing Director of Vincitore Vijay C Doshi stated that demand for high-quality development remains high despite the softening of UAE property prices.
He added that Vincitore’s positive sales highlight the strength of Dubai’s real estate sector, according to Me Construction News.
Vincitore Palacio’s quality control will be managed by TUV Nord Germany. The project features 175 units, including studios, one-bedroom apartments, and two-bedroom apartments with a built-in kitchen and wardrobe, equipped bathrooms, a sun deck, and security services.
The project also features effective solutions such as water-efficient equipment with a capacity to save up 7.2 million gallons of water and energy-saving LED lights, among others.
