Gates Developments successfully concluded the field tour it organized for journalists and media professionals specialized in the real estate sector. The tour included a visit to the Gates Privé project site in Sheikh Zayed City, in addition to passing by the sites of Gates Lugar project in front of Sphinx International Airport and the Space Commercial Complex project located directly on the 26th of July Corridor in West Cairo, to review the achieved execution milestones and closely follow construction works on the ground, Invest-Gate reports.

During the tour, Gates Developments officially announced the start of delivery of the entire residential project Gates Privé one full year ahead of the contractual delivery date. Designed by architect Raef Fahmy’s office, the project blends architecture, art, and nature in a strategic location just two kilometers away from Walk of Cairo and close to Mall of Arabia and Arkan Plaza.
Progress of Works at Privé Mall Within the Integrated Project Ecosystem
During the visit, journalists also reviewed the progress of works at Privé Mall, which has reached approximately 60% completion and is scheduled for delivery by the end of 2026, completing the project’s integrated ecosystem.

Gates Lugar: A Strategic Residential Project Facing Sphinx International Airport
The tour extended to Gates Lugar project in New Sphinx City, which is located directly on the Cairo–Alexandria Desert Road and opposite Sphinx International Airport. The project stands out as one of the most prominent residential developments in an area witnessing rapid urban and investment growth.
The project includes 935 residential units, with construction progress reaching approximately 25%, reflecting the company’s commitment to accelerating construction in promising strategic locations, especially given the project’s proximity to the Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum.
Space Commercial Complex: An Integrated Commercial, Administrative, and Medical Destination in West Cairo
The tour also included Space Commercial Complex in Sheikh Zayed City, an integrated commercial, administrative, and medical project built on an area of 33,600 square meters and comprising 545 units. Approximately 25% of construction works have been completed, with a clear plan to begin delivering the first phase within two years.
During the visit, strong demand from major entities was confirmed, as Ezz Al-Arab announced its selection of an entire building within Space Commercial Complex to serve as its new headquarters in West Cairo. The company is also in the process of finalizing an agreement with one of the largest hypermarket chains in the market, in addition to previous brands, reflecting major institutions’ confidence in the quality of Gates Developments’ projects and their ability to meet modern operational requirements.

A Diverse Project Portfolio Reflecting the Strength and Reach of Gates Developments
These projects reflect the diversity and strength of Gates Developments’ portfolio, which includes a comprehensive range of residential, commercial, administrative, medical, and coastal projects in strategic locations across Egypt.
The portfolio includes West Gate, a commercial and administrative project in 6th of October City, which has been fully delivered and is operational, comprising 210 units over an area of 16,800 square meters, as well as Plaza Espana in West Cairo, which entered the operational phase two years ago.
New Capital Projects: Actual Deliveries and Advanced Execution Rates
The portfolio also includes Audaz Mall in the Financial District of the New Capital, where all 746 units have been fully delivered and are currently under trial operation. In addition, Catalan, a fully integrated residential project in R7 of the New Capital, spans 40 feddans and includes 1,765 units, of which 1,084 units have already been delivered.
The portfolio further includes Venia, a mixed-use project in the New Capital, which has reached approximately 50% completion and is scheduled for delivery in 2027.
Coastal Projects: LYV Caesar in Ras El Hekma as a Model for Regional Expansion
On the coastal front, Gates Developments continues the development of LYV Caesar project in Ras El Hekma on the North Coast, a fully integrated coastal project spanning 206 feddans with a total of 3,008 units. The project includes a hotel comprising 150 hotel rooms and a beachfront stretching nearly 400 meters.
This comes within a vision aimed at delivering a real estate product capable of competing regionally, while adhering to a clear delivery plan starting in 2029, with the execution and delivery of part of the first phase as a tangible model during 2026.
