Alburouj Sports Club is launching the second phase of its development over an area of 5 feddans, in collaboration with L35, which developed the design vision and full preliminary architectural design and overall site planning, with participation from Beit Al Sharq as the main contractor for execution works, reflecting integration between design and execution expertise according to the highest quality standards, in line with Imkan Misr’s strategy, in a new strategic step that enhances the club’s position as an integrated, multi disciplinary sports destination serving professional athletes, families, and lovers of active lifestyles alike, Invest-Gate reports.
The Club as an Integrated Community Hub
The club is considered one of the main pillars of the integrated Alburouj community, as it has been developed to be more than just a traditional sports facility, but rather a hub for active living that combines professional sports infrastructure, social and family spaces, and a vibrant community environment.
Phase Two Expansions
Following the great success of the first phase, the second phase focuses on expanding facilities and enhancing the member experience, supported by execution works led by Beit Al Sharq through a well planned mix of indoor and outdoor facilities. The expansions include a specialized gymnastics hall, a gym, four tennis courts, two padel courts, a football field, a multi-purpose hall, in addition to a large parking area to ensure easy access and member comfort.
