A Square Design Studio currently manages around 15 real estate projects in its portfolio, varying between touristic, administrative, commercial, and residential, at a total investments exceeding EGP 4bn, Invest-Gate reports.

The company designed OIA Compound in the New Administrative Capital (NAC) that spans over 30 acres. OIA Compound is a residential community that combines 40 buildings, in addition to a commercial mall over 4,000 sqm.

Mahmoud Ahmed Attia, one of A Square Design Studio’s founders, states that the company has completed around 85% of its projects and completed seven touristic projects, including Blues Tiffany, Blues 1, and Heaven Hills Porto Sokhna & Jeva Cabana. The company has also furnished around 15 projects, varying between administrative, villas, and duplexes.

Attia points out that the company is studying new projects to be added to its portfolio over the coming few months and expects real estate developers will offer mega projects in 2022, especially across new cities.
