Abdel Ghaffar Inspects Construction Works of Suez Canal University

Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research has inspected the Suez Canal University in the New Ismailia city, to follow up on the university’s construction works progress, Invest-Gate reports.

Abdel Ghaffar inspects the completion rate of ongoing construction, stressing that works have to continue in full swing and according to the timetables with no delays.

Moreover, Abdel Ghaffar indicates that the ministry aims to complete the establishment of 12 new national universities, besides commencing studies at three national universities.

The minister was accompanied by Ahmed Zaki, acting President of the Suez Canal University, Anwar Ismail, assistant minister of higher education and scientific research for national projects, in addition to other officials.

It is worth mentioning that the Suez Canal University spans over 29.01 acres and includes several administrative and academic buildings, in addition to offering several distinct study programs.
